Business Terms & Conditions
This section provides the Company’s Terms and Conditions in relation to making a booking.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate details of dates, times and addresses both during the initial order process and the confirmation process. All confirmations of bookings are made and accepted based upon the schedule submitted to us.

A deposit of £50 is required for each vehicle required within 10 days of the order being received. On receipt of cleared deposit funds the order will be confirmed either by email or in writing by standard post. Deposits are non-refundable, although we may return them at our discretion should we deem that the circumstances were beyond the control of the customer.

The remaining balance due must be received at least 30 days prior to the date that the vehicle will be required. All cancellations must be received in writing at least 30 days prior to the confirmed booking date. Cancellations received within 30 days of the booked event date are subject to the full balance of the booking fee being paid.

We know just how important your special day is for you. We endeavour to ensure that everything will run smoothly for you. Our limousines are fully valeted prior to leaving our premises and reaching your pick-up address. However hard we try, it would be impossible to guarantee that the car will arrive in pristine condition due to the nature of our climate.

Our chauffeurs drive will due diligence and will do their upmost to avoid any big puddles or other obstructions that may soil the car, but we are unable to accept any responsibility for surface dirt which may occur during the journey.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to complete the booking due to any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we will provide an alternative vehicle or refund the amounts paid by you for our services. Our liabilities in this matter will be limited to these conditions, and you, the customer accept this by agreeing to our terms and conditions.

Our cars are maintained with extreme care to keep them in a condition that we are proud of. However, circumstances beyond our control such as a mechanical failure, accident, or any other cause whatsoever could render them unavailable for your booking. In this case, whilst we take ever effort in providing you with a comparable alternative should this occur, we may have to cancel the booking and refund any monies paid to us by you. Beyond this we accept no responsibility for any losses, consequential or otherwise, that you may incur.

Our vehicles permit a maximum of three passengers in the rear seats and one in the front passenger seat. As our vehicles are not fitted with ‘child seats’ we are unable to carry children under 1.35 metres in height ( approx 4 ft 5 inches in height ). Under any circumstances we are unable to carry children under the age of 3. All passengers, both front and rear, are legally obliged to wear a seat belt.

We endeavour to keep to time schedules, but accept no responsibility for delays, howsoever caused. Some locations may be inaccessible by car, or may have parking restrictions applicable. Where access is limited, unavailable or denied we will use drop off and pick up points as close as possible to the intended location. We accept no responsibility for such restrictions.

The drivers of our vehicles have an extremely responsible and demanding job. Please respect them, and do not distract them in any way whilst they are in control of the vehicle.

The customer is at all times responsible for the conduct of all passengers in the vehicle/s. Should the driver deem fit, he may terminate the journey and all ongoing journeys at his discretion if the customer or any passenger cause undue delays, are not fit to travel, cause damage to our vehicles, or conduct themselves in a manner deemed inappropriate to the driver.

Any damage caused to our vehicles by careless use or inappropriate behaviour by one or more of the passengers will render them liable for any costs involved in any and all repairs to the vehicle.

This liability will not be limited to the repairs, but may also result in further costs should the vehicle be rendered unavailable for its intended use for any period of time.

The driver has the ultimate discretion and responsibility in refusing passengers and/or luggage if the vehicle is overloaded. Luggage is considered to be anything that is carried over and above the passengers themselves and what they are wearing.

In general, we do not carry large luggage and belongings in our vehicles. However, should this be required, please request this at the time of booking. At all times, the responsibility of any personal effects or luggage will be the customers.

We appreciate that confetti is a part of every wedding. However we would respectfully mention that most confetti contains cheap dyes which will run when wet. For this reason we ask you to take caution not to stain your wedding clothes or the interior of our cars. Please ensure that confetti is not thrown too near your wedding car as it is costly to remain stains from the leather seats. The customer will be responsible for the costs of cleaning any marks caused by confetti to our cars.

We recommend that if the car is being used for a wedding, you have a backup car available for you. As we stated above, we do not expect anything to go wrong with our service or cars, but sometimes the unexpected can happen. We want your day to run smoothly and will endeavour to do everything in our means to ensure that. But that extra insurance by means of a backup car from one of your guests or friends may just give you absolute peace of mind.

In relation to the costs of our service, these vary as they are customised to fit your itinerary. We will provide you with an accurate estimate at the time of your enquiry. Additional charges will only apply if you extend the time schedule allocated to your booking or require any additional services not stated prior to the booking confirmation.
